Chef

Our client has an exciting oppourtunity for an Experienced Chef in their Bistro style restaurant. The right candidate must have proven experience in A La Carte style cooking and be able to work alone or as part of a team. The restaurant has an excellent reputation for its home cooked food and fantastic customer service as well as a 5 star score from the Local Authority in food. Safety. Our client is looking for someone with passion and innovation to carry this on. Duties will include, prep, short order cooking, creating specials, starters, desserts, clearing down at the end of service, some washing up, keeping the kitchen clean and tidy to environmental health standards and all related paperwork. Must have own or access to transport due to location. Free Parking is available. Shifts and pay are negotiable. Usually Straight shifts only.
