Project Funding and the solicitation of major gifts is a developing area of fundraising in support of ambitious strategic aims. We are now looking for a dynamic and competent Major Donor Manager to help drive forward our clients exciting new phase of growth.

The successful candidate will help to shape and implement a proactive major donor strategy, including playing a key part in the launch and management of a capital appeal. You will have a proven track record in a relevant fundraising area, demonstrate strong strategic skills and be an exceptional communicator capable of building positive relationships at all levels. This role will involve working closely with the management team to facilitate the very best in donor stewardship as well as organising cultivation events to support development plans.

Salary and Benefits
The salary offered is up to £35k with 25 days paid holiday. Compassion also offers a generous contributory pension scheme.
