Conference Producer - 26-30k - Prestigious Institute

Exciting opportunity to join this new team within one of the UK's most high profile Institutes. You will be working with the Head of Conferences to research and coordinate commercially viable conferences for their members and the wider community. Responsibilities will include research and generate topic ideas, develop conference programmes and identify and secure high profile speakers. Also deliver highly targeted marketing briefs and develop relationships with key stakeholders to identify new revenue opportunities. Manage conference budgets and work within agreed timescales. Work closely with operations and logistic teams.

You will need to be able to demonstrate commercial conference production experience with the ability to influence audiences and stakeholders. Strong project management and research skills with excellent interpersonal, relationship building and communication ability. You will be business orientate with plenty of commercial savvy and able to work flexible hours and travel within the UK.
