Description		Our client is a large multinational consultancy firm and they are seeking a Director to lead and deliver expansion plans within their Winchester office. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years experience as an engineer and have a proven track record of managing large scale projects. The role involves providing support and direction to less experienced members of staff and also meeting with clients and other people working on the project so good communication skills are essential.
