Description		Job Title: Capability Manager - Antenna and RF Installations Location: South West / Bristol Salary: �38k-�45k +Benefits + Relocation Worldwide leaders in Defence communications currently require a Capability Manager to ensure that the existing capability is maintained and developed as required by the business. Continuing to provide an adequate and improving EM modelling capability for internal and external customers. The role: Involve and train other Antenna R&D engineers in the processes and tools, which provide the ability to solve problems with EM modelling. To provide specific support to EM Business Development and Marketing, demonstrating the capability, presenting papers, talking to potential customers and contributing to the development of marketing strategies. Be an expert in the EM modelling field and as such will provide the main, dedicated engineering effort to model antennas and associated installations for all applications. Be responsible for task managing projects which are substantially EM modelling in nature or where EM elements exist within a wider project. Prepare documentation, including proposals, specifications, technical reports and test specifications. Required skills: Have extensive previous experience and a keen interest in EM Modelling.
