Our client has grown steadily to become one of the largest and most successful environmental consultancies in the UK. The company provide a wide range of services to a range of clients within the Nuclear & Power Generation sector including: - Compliance with requirements of Nuclear Installations Act and appropriate Site Licences - Environmental legislation, including RSA - Environmental services including BPEO studies, ISO 14001 implementation, radiological and environmental impact assessment - Radiological discharge modelling - Chemical and radiological contamination assessment and remediation - Process, waste management and remediation engineering Position They are currently seeking Environmental & Waste Management Consultants to join their growing team and take on an exciting and varied role. They are focussed on career progression and professional development. Ideally the Environmental & Waste Management Consultants will possess the following qualifications and experience: �Degree qualified in either Chemistry or Environmental Engineering or equivalent �An acceptable level of relevant industry experience �An established track record in business development �Previous experience of leading and mentoring a team would be beneficial Previous experience of the following is desirable: �RSA (applications/reporting/best practicable means) �EIA �BPEO �Radioactive Waste Management �Article 37 Under Euratom Treaty �Liaison with Environment Agency/NII/Planning Authority Essential Due to the nature of work undertaken at our clients' site offices, candidates will need to meet certain residency criteria in order to attain a minimum level of UK security clearance and should therefore be willing to undergo a security vetting process Rewards & Benefits The generous benefits package includes 25 days annual leave, Flexible Annual leave scheme, Defined Contribution Pension Scheme, Employee Assistance Programme, Share Save scheme, Employee Car Purchase Scheme, Life Assurance Scheme and a Discounted healthcare scheme.
