Description Our clients are looking for a maintenance engineer to join their team. You will be responsible for engineering operations including machine setting, equipment maintenance and plant maintenance. This will include cost effective set up of production lines to achieve pre-determined efficiency levels, timely response to breakdowns to minimise downtime, continuous improvement of production line efficiencies and carrying out planned maintenance schedules all within the required company and legislative health and safety standards. You must be a time served electrician, conversant with the IEE 16th Edition Regulations and have some years experience in a maintenance role or be a time served tradesman in a mechanical discipline and some years experience in a maintenance/machine setting role or be a practically minded machine operator with some years experience in the food processing/packaging environment. Working hours are 05.30-14.00, 13.30-22.00 Monday - Friday on a weekly rotational basis. There is also an annual £125 tool allowance with this role.
