Description		Our client is an international advisory and design consultancy with particular specialisation in infrastructure, property and environmental solutions, employing over 4,000 people worldwide. They now require a Principal Civil Engineer reporting to the Water Team Leader. The main duties of the Principal Civil Engineer include, but are not limited to: Co-ordinate project work with multi-disciplinary teams Design Management of projects or bids Develop innovative technical solutions Undertake Technical Reviews of relevant projects Act as a mentor to less experienced team members Act as a leader in the promotion of, and compliance with, quality, safety and environmental systems Play a key role in the development, promotion and implementation of company technical strategies Interface with Clients on project technical, commercial and progress matters Project reviews incorporating project financial, risk, technical and resource matters Line management responsibility for assigned staff Ensure capture of key project knowledge You must have a relevant first degree & be a member of relevant professional body (MICE), MCIWEM is preferred. You must also have extensive experience in the technical delivery of large multi-disciplinary projects in the water sector. Design and Build experience is beneficial.
