Description FMCG manufacturer with a reputation for high quality goods is looking for a MULTI SKILLED SHIFT ENGINEER to join their Bedfordshire based operation. The company is looking for a candidate of the highest calibre who is adaptable and flexible and can provide engineering services and within their organisation. You will be responsible for
. The optimisation of all of the companies production machinery
. Organise preventative maintenance, repair and commissioning of new machinery
. Ensuring that machines are safe to operate at all times
This is an ideal opportunity to work within a prestigious employer widely recognised for 1st class standards whist supporting their staff

You must be qualified to City & Guilds level or above and have worked in an FMCG environment before. You must be familiar with PLC operations (ideally Alan Bradley) and be qualified to 17th Edition IEE regs

The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of production environments’ and be able recognise opportunities for improvements in all aspects of production engineering and safe working practices
