Description My client, one of the UK's leading Safety and Environmental Consultancies, is looking for a Senior/Leading/Principal Consultant to support assignments in the UK and overseas and to provide for succession in the business.

This is a fantastic opportunity to further your career and work on a variety of challenging and high profile assignments, principally in the Defence, Civil Maritime, Energy and Aerospace Sectors.

Candidates should have a sound academic background supporting their experience in a senior safety and/or engineering role. They should also have experience of applying risk assessment methods and techniques in order to achieve a balance that maximises the performance of a system or process whilst ensuring its ongoing compliance with regulation.

Successful candidates will have a high level of motivation and a drive to achieve success, with a track record of achievement and a desire to build a career within a strong and independent business and should be:

• Enthusiastic and self-motivated
• Innovative
• Able to work alone or as part of a team
• Able to communicate at all levels in an organisation
