THE CLIENT: Is a leading Manufacturer of highly advanced specialist electronic systems used within demanding transportation applications. My client possesses a strong order book with a multitude of highly prestigious customers and is in a period of exciting growth. My client urgently seeks a dynamic individual to take on this incredible opportunity to work for them as a Planning Engineer.
THE ROLE: Working at the forefront of technology and innovation, this business unit is a significant contributor to the company growth strategy. Reporting into the Project Manager the successful Planning Engineer will take full responsibility for the planning and scheduling of a multitude of Projects ensuring successful Project planning and resource performance and overall success against budget and project time lines.
THE CANDIDATE: Candidates will be HNC, HND or Degree qualified in a relevant discipline with a demonstrable track record of 1 - 2+ years experience in Project Planning/Engineering experience involving any or all of software, electronics and mechanical disciplines - using Primavera P3 or P6. Candidates must be driven, career motivated individuals. The successful candidate will possess the capabilities to move into a Project Manager's post (within two to three years) and have ambition for a Senior Management positions.
SALARY - The salary for the role will be up to £30,000 - £40,000 + and excellent benefits package.
