Description		Job Title: Field Service Engineer (Traffic Systems) Ref: 534/OM/KB Location: UK Wide- London - North East - South East - East - South West. As a Field Service Engineer, you will carry out electronic planned and breakdown maintenance on emergency telephones, LED matrixes, CCTV and control desks. Key duties within the role include the: installation, commissioning, maintenance, testing, troubleshooting and repairing of these electro-mechanical systems. The Field Service Engineer will carry out the maintenance on these products roadside or in house. As there is an element of shift work involved, the Field Service Engineer will need to have a flexible approach to the role. The service engineer will have hands on electronics or electro-mechanical repair and maintenance experience with light to medium electrical and mechanical systems, with an independent attitude and will be happy in a mobile role. Engineers with a city & guilds in electronics, electrical or those from a telecoms, photocopiers or similar backgrounds will excel in this role. Our client is part of an internationally renowned company and a specialist supplier to the traffic industry. They are suppliers, of products, systems and services with over 300 staff and 16 offices in the UK. With plans for acquisition and organic growth, this company are set to take the market by storm. Up to �24,000 plus shift allowance. Training with good career prospects in the long term. Field based. Monday to Friday (shift work), 25 days holiday, pension, life assurance.
