Description		Position: Project Scheduler Salary: �25K - �40K Location: Essex Apply to: s.razaq@jamjobs.co.uk A UK subsidiary of a high technology manufacturer is looking for a Project Scheduler who will be responsible in supporting Business, including Business Areas Directors, Programme Managers, Programme Teams, Finance and Functional Heads. Key Responsibilities � Responsible for integrity of Integrated Mater Schedule (IMS) ensuring that all activities, events and milestone are logically linked and fully resourced with labour hours, materials, subcontract payments and reserves. The IMS is required to be statused weekly/monthly, aligned to the fiscal calendar and provide an accurate Cost to Complete (EAC) for financial reporting. Schedule performance data to be provided for EVMS processing. � The role will also involve the responsibility of ensuring consistent application of approved best Risk Management process and tools across the organization. � To carry out independent analysis of trend data and provision of metrics for review at Programme Monthly Review Boards. � To monitor the Programme Timesheet Bookings and report consequences of late submittal/unapproved Timesheets and affect on metrics. Desirables � You will have experience of a similar project management role, and ideally come from a relevant design / manufacturing / Engineering environment, preferably the government / defence industry. � Experience of a planning tool such as MS Project is essential. � Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, will hold you in good stead.
