This is an excellent opportunity to join a UK subsidiary of a high technology manufacturer who is looking for an Assistant Programme Manager who will be responsible in supporting Business areas and programmes.

Key Responsibilities

· Produce for the Project Manager detailed programme management plans identifying programme activities and milestones, resource requirements; EVM and Risk
· Ensure accurate reporting of agreed financial targets - sales, cash, profit and bookings
· Prepare briefings for programme reviews and monthly leadership team reviews
· ·Setting up / monitoring requisite financial controls and indicators utilising EVMS
· Programme Planning – Microsoft Project
· Programme reviews / presentations to senior management and Customers
· Bid management


Desirable
· Experience in a Project Management or Control/Cost Account Role
· Experience in using PM processes and tools, eg MSProject, Risk Management, WBS.
· Experience of working in multi-disciplined teams
· Previous experience working in design/development and production sub-contract management environment will hold you in good stead
