An excellent and rare opportunity has arisen for a Service Manager to join a successful organisation within the Fire Alarm, CCTV and Access Control market.

THE ROLE:
Holding this key role within the company the successful candidate will have supervisory responsibilities looking after the activity of a number of engineers, as well as being involved themselves in installations, servicing and maintenance duties.
You will train and mentor the team of engineers, putting in place benchmarks and methods of best practice. Your input will lead to a level of customer service and quality that is beyond that of the competition. Dividing your time between office and site, the challenge and enjoyment of problem solving and being on the tools will be equalled by the managerial and strategic aspect of driving the company forward.
As part of this growing and forward thinking company, your role is key in making a difference rather than being just a number. This interesting and rewarding position would suit a Senior Engineer, Service Manager or Supervisor with experience in fire alarms, CCTV and Access Control systems.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:
> 16th edition regulations and electrical background essential.
> Superb customer facing and communication skills an absolute must.
> You must be very flexible with regard to travel, covering the North West area.
> You will enjoy being hands on, as well as building a team of engineers around you.
> Experience with fire alarms critical.
