Description		An instantly recognisable name in medical/laboratory equipment is seeking a Medical Electromechanical Field Service Engineer to join their team working on cutting edge scientific equipment. You will be provided with full product training before starting your fully autonomous role as a Medical Electromechanical Field Service Engineer. You will work from home each morning covering the North East, visiting customer sites to carry out installation, electronic/electrical/mechanical service, repair and maintenance on a range of scientific equipment. You will need to have excellent electronics/electrical skills as well as good mechanical abilities with an understanding of computers to allow you to install and upgrade software and network the computers to the equipment. The Medical Electromechanical Field Service Engineer will be the customer face of the company and therefore you should come from a field service background and possess excellent customer service skills. Applicants for the position of Medical Electromechanical Field Service Engineer should be educated to degree/HND level or equivalent in electronics/electrical/mechanical engineering or similar, with previous field service experience ideally within medical/scientific engineering. This position for Medical Electronic Field Service Engineer is covering the North East of England therefore candidates should be based in, or near one of the following locations Redcar, Billingham, Stockton-on-Tees, Newton Aycliffe, Hartlepool, Spennymoor, Middlesbrough, Whitby, Durham, Bishop Auckland, Sunderland, Darlington.
