Description		My Client is looking at developing their current structural team by employing an Associate within their Warrington offices. They are looking for someone who is able to contribute towards their business by adding design flair within a building structures department. You will be responsible for leading a team of engineers and as a result will need patience and the ability to communicate well. The building structures team for my prestigious client are currently involved in a host of high profile NW projects including sustainable buildings, multi storey developments, large civil/structural regeneration projects as well as ongoing schools, hospitals and historic builds. Requirements for this challenging yet rewarding position includes a degree or equiv in structural/civil engineering and project management capability. Experience in the design of sustainable buildings and most importantly the ability to work as part of a team. In return my client offers an excellent salary with a number of benefits to include 25 days annual leave + stats, flexible leave scheme, pension, share incentive plan, life assurance and professional membership fees paid in full.
