A blue chip company are looking for a Production Manager to manage the production of semi-conductor arrays in two Wafer Fabrication Clean Rooms

Key responsibility areas:
· Deliver to internal and external customers on time
· Ensure the Production Area has the correct level of staff with the appropriate flexibility in skills
· Improve production processes to reduce costs
· Implement Lean manufacturing principles to drive out waste and improve cycle times
· Develop team leaders and all staff - approx 25 people
· Work closely with engineering to ensure seamless introduction of new products
· Degree qualified in a relevant Engineering discipline/and or qualified by experience

Desirables:
· You will have 2 team leaders reporting to them each with 10-15 people in their teams.
· You will need to work closely with a large engineering team to ensure process stability and reliable equipment uptime.
