Description		A major player in the automotive industry with extensive expertise in vehicle architectures, engineering requirements and manufacturing processes currently require a Production Leader to join them on a contract basis. Job Description: Reporting directly to the Plant Manager, the Production Leader will work closely together with the MP&L, Quality and Manufacturing team. The successful job holder will need to be an individual who is able to manage a high volume of work and work well under stress, managing critical supply situations and delivering the required measurable. Required to lead a shift with Sub Leaders, maintenance and MP&L Personnel. In absence of the Plant Manager the candidate is required to deputise. Skills & Experience Required: - Ability to lead and motivate working teams - An automotive Industry background with experience of high demanding customers - Plan and manage complex work conditions - Good presentation and negotiation skills - IT Literate

Salary/rate		�20 - �25/hour
