Description		An excellent opportunity exists to join a successful company as a Quality Manager, with responsibilities spanning two expanding sites. The company supply to the automotive sector and as such adhere to TS 16949, translating the application of ISO 9001 to automotive part production. You will be responsible for developing and auditing Quality systems in line with the above standards, maintaining a programme of continuous improvement in relation to process quality and productivity. Taking responsibility for the companies future quality requirements you will become involved in system development and procedure implementation at a strategic and hands-on level. You will also be tasked with improvement of manufacturing processes- reduction of scrap levels, monitoring efficiency of processes & ensuring accurate documentary records are kept. On a day to day basis you will oversee management of the quality function and ensuring any quality issues raised are investigated and resolved promptly. This will be a challenging role within a company that are leaders in their field. The company are undergoing a period of sustained growth and are therefore looking for an individual with the desire to drive the company forward in conjunction with the management team.
