Description		Electrical Design Engineer Salary: �22,100 Location: Loughborough Electrical Design Engineer/ Design Engineer / Draughtsperson / Draughtsman / CAD Designer urgently required by my client who are an excellent global engineering company manufacturing generators. Due to planned and continued expansion they are now looking for a Electrical Design Engineer/ Design Engineer / Draughtsperson / Draughtsman / CAD Designer. The role: �Preparation of mechanical design schemes, assembly and detailed drawings �Creation of bills of materials for the company ERP system �Creation of associated engineering documents in accordance with Company and client standards �Participate in small multi-disciplined teams producing designs in support of our product range This is an excellent opportunity to join a successful company who have been established for many years. They have an excellent track record of promoting their staff and helping them develop their career. The successful candidate will ideally having served a mechanical engineering apprenticeship, with at least five years additional design and draughting experience in a multi-disciplined engineering environment. The Electrical Design Engineer/ Design Engineer / Draughtsperson / Draughtsman / CAD Designer will be qualified to at least ONC/HNC level in Mechanical Engineering (or similar), and fully proficient in the use of ME10 drawing software or AutoCAD. Training will be offered to the most suitable candidate that is proficient in AutoCAD will have a degree in electrical/mechanical engineering, with experience in an engineering design environment. The ideal candidate will be be from an electrical design background.
