Our client, a leading provider for lighting solutions due to continual business growth are looking for a Quality and Systems Coordinator to join their team. The primary role will be to provide support and guidance to the product control team with the ultimate ability to correct mistakes and suggest areas of improvement. Attention to detail is a must and the confidence to point out these errors or suggest new ways to improve areas of the team is a key element, therefore a strong technical knowledge is important.


Requirements: -

· Understanding of costing, bills of materials, and routing
· Experience in improvement programmes
· Engineering or technical experience (substantial experience, degree or MSc for example)
· Communication skills and ability to influence others

The right candidate will be provided with training on software and quality procedures and will go on to develop and document the team targets, checking the work of others including bills, routes and costing. An excellent command of English both spoken and written is essential alongside the inter-personal skills to become an integral part of a team.
