The Company:

A major Support Services company in the Building Services sector providing services from design, installation through to maintenance. They pride themselves on the quality of people they employ, and the way they are looked after, making the company one of the most respected players in the industry.

The Position:

A mobile Commercial Heating Engineer covering the South West, i.e. from Bristol / Gloucester down to Exeter / Cornwall and across to Bournemouth region, working on large government properties with a variety of Heating equipment. The Commercial Heating Engineer will need good Electrical knowledge.

The successful Commercial Heating Engineer will be responsible for PPM and reactive breakdowns in the South West. This requires an individual who can plan their own work, and enjoys working on their on initiative. Overtime comes naturally with the job, although the amount is not guaranteed. In return, the Commercial Heating Engineer will be rewarded with an excellent package.

The Package:

£30K circa Basic, Car or Van + Fuel Card, Mobile Phone, Pension, Healthcare.

Requirements:

Qualified Commercial Heating Engineer, ACS qualifications COCN1 + modules.
Electrical qualifications, either 16th or 17th Edition.
Someone who is self motivated, can work efficiently by managing their own schedule.
Residing anywhere near or within the Bristol, Gloucester, Exeter, Western Super Mare, Bridgwater region.
