A National Building Services & Facilities Management organisation currently seek an HVAC Engineer with a broad technical background to join a dedicated and expanding workforce based from a static site in Oxford.

Typical Duties:

- To maintain the integrity of all critical services, carry out planned and reactive maintenance to a wide range of Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning & Electrical equipment in a commercial environment.
- Monitor and support specialist sub contractors to enable them to carry out their duties in the most efficient manner and with minimal disruption to the client's premises.
- Working in support of the Account Management, team duties will include the need to think on your feet, communicate with varying levels of the client's organisation and providing good feedback and technical input.
- Support other Engineers as and when required and liaise with other members of direct and indirect staff to carry out duties effectively and with minimal disruption. Overtime will be available and from time to time you will be included in a call out rota.
- Keep accurate records, assist in the preparation of reports, work sheets and comply with service level agreements and all Health & Safety requirements.

Desired Qualifications:
C&G or Equivalent in Plumbing & Heating or Electrical or ACS Domestic / Commercial or Air Conditioning, Plus 17th Edition IEE Wiring Regulations and Previous service & maintenance experience coupled with a Clean EU/UK Driving Licence.
