My Client a highly successful manufacturer of speciality products to a variety of market places is looking to expand its extremely strong mechanical engineering capacity.
The main focus of the role will be the development and progression of new products, the modification of existing products and specification of associated products, from the creation of the initial brief through to full production.
The key focus of this role is to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, in accordance with the agreed specification. A further requirement is that the resulting product must be capable of being manufactured effectively on an ongoing basis.
This recruitment has come about due to continued expansion within its chosen market place and the effectiveness of the world renowned product base of this company.
The ideal candidate will have the ability to manage projects from start to finish including some hands on design and development of products using a CAD package, along with the ability to demonstrate experience of lean manufacturing techniques.
