Service Workshop Technician/Service Engineer/Technical Support
This position is commutable from Slough, London, High Wycombe, Weybridge, Epsom, Hemel Hempstead, Fulham, Watford, Reading, Bracknell and Reading.
World leader in the development and manufacture of high quality diesel engines urgently requires a Service Workshop Technician with a high standard of technical knowledge. This client provides an exceptional after sales support and backup service throughout the UK and Ireland including in-house facilities and mobile maintenance and repair.
Joining the Service Division, you will be responsible for the mechanical and electrical maintenance and repair of light/heavy trucks, diesel engines, brakes, air and hydraulic suspension, clutches and air systems as well as some welding and trailer maintenance.
Ideally you will have a proven record of diagnosing and repairing diesel engines although training will be given, as well as electrical knowledge and previous experience of diesel engine repair and/or maintenance.
If you are a flexible individual who is prepared to work overtime and possess a high standard of knowledge, you can expect to receive in return a Basic Salary of up to £24k, Pension, Life Assurance, Laptop, Phone, Bonus, Expenses and the opportunity for further training and development.
