The role of a Field Service Engineer:
Primarily working Monday – Friday the position combines, Installation, Planned Maintenance and Fault Find Repair work on the full product range including X-ray detection equipment. You can expect to spend the vast majority of your week abroad, returning at weekends.

Key Skills:
Ideally you would have previous experience servicing Laboratory or medical equipment, although our client is not looking from someone necessarily within the industry. All the equipment is electro-mechanically biased and you will need a strong electronic and mechanical background ideally gained through an apprenticeship or similar qualification. Excellent diagnostic skills are essential; along with highly developed customer facing skills.
