Description		Air Conditioning Business Sales & Development Manager Birmingham, West Midlands �40,000 - �50,000 plus package, Commission and bonus Our Clients aim is to recruit someone who can help develop new contracts and provide valuable business support and guidance to current Area Managers and franchisees, in a consultancy and professional manner. Our Client is a well established contractor with ownership in the US. Due to major investment and the opportunity for market growth, they are now looking to recruit the services of a skilled Business to business sales and development manager who also processes excellent operational skills. You must hold a strong background within Air Conditioning and be technically sound with installation and service ideally. You need to be able to demonstrate excellent business accruement and understanding as one of the main functions of the role is to assist business managers and franchisees in developing their geographical area in terms of both strategic business development and sound business running advice. You will also be requested to source and develop national service and maintenance contracts along with being past existing and lapped Clients to develop from the area mangers and franchisees. You will have the overall responsibility of ensuring that each sector is running as effectively as possible and to maximise profitability through support, guidance, procedure development and business generation. Our Client is looking ideally for someone who has either experience of running their own Air Conditioning business and has at some point successfully grown and developed it, or a proven sales / business manager who has experience at successfully developing key accounts and managing contracts to maximise profitability.
