A leading UK defence and aerospace organisation is looking for a Component Obsolescence Engineer to join their expanding team in Hampshire

The Role:

As a Component Obsolescence Engineer, you’ll be reporting to the integrated project/support team leader, developing and implementing structured engineering solutions to meet programme requirements across the whole development lifecycle. You’ll be involved with the analysis of end of life risk components and the sourcing of alternative components or design solutions.

You’ll have an electronics / hardware engineering background, ideally within defence and aerospace. Any experience of component engineering or obsolescence will certainly hold you in good stead.
