My client is an established precision engineering firm based in the Southampton area; they currently require an experienced CNC Miller (Programmer) to join their team.

This is a permanent position for a successful company paying around £12 per hour (negotiable depending on experience) plus the option of overtime when available. The basic hours will 40+ hours per week.

The suitable candidate will have:-

 Proven experience within a sub-contract precision engineering company.
 Previous and recent experience of programming both CNC Mills online.
 Must have worked within a Sub-Contract environment
 Skilled / time-served CNC Engineer.
 Ideally you will have experience within the Automotive, Formula 1, Aerospace, Aviation, or similar industries.
 Ability to program CNC Mills online using Heidenhain controls.
 You will be working in a pressurised environment and must be able to program efficiently

You must have sufficient experience for this role and possess strong CNC Programming skills. This must be demonstrated on your CV.

This role is due to start end of November/December however for the right person this will be brought forward.

Applicants who do not live within a reasonable commuting distance of Southampton must be willing to relocate to the area.
