2 x Systems Engineers ? Urgently required to be based in Preston

Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for providing support to the senior engineering team in technical aspects of project development and all aspects related to site implementation.

Your responsibilities shall include:
? Assist in the production of design and test documentation.
? Assist in the specification and procurement of equipment.
? Assist in systems integration and testing.
? Management of all on-site commissioning activities.
? Interface between project design and site installation teams
? Liaison with customer, attendance at project progress meetings
? Reporting progress of installation and commissioning.

Qualification and Experience required:
? Engineer with at least 2 years experience in system engineering
? Knowledge of CIS, PA and CCTV systems would be advantageous.
? Knowledge of Quality Management Systems and configuration control.
? Knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word is also a necessity.
? Experience in the railway or road transport industry would be advantageous.
? Some commercial/contract experience would be advantageous

These are contract positions to start immediately and are initially for 2 months.
