Position: PROPOSALS ENGINEER
Location: LEEDS
Salary £40000 - £45000 plus package**

The Controls Tendering Department based in Leeds is responsible for the preparation of all of proposals for electro hydraulic multiplexed control systems in response to ITT's received from all Sales regions throughout the world.

This department currently contains only three Proposals Engineers who are responsible for the following Controls related tendering tasks
* Identification of exceptions and qualifications to the ITT specifications
* Identification and resolution of any technical issues
* Creating detailed Scope of Supply listing.
* Generating technical specifications for all deliverable equipment.
* Generating Request for Quotation packages for issue to 3rd party suppliers.
* Providing data to Project Cost Estimators
* Providing data to Project Schedulers
* Creating System level technical descriptions and drawings
* Reviewing/Compiling system and product technical descriptions and drawings
* Generating a Master Document Register (MDR) for inclusion within tenders
* Review of proposals/quotations received from sub-contractors
* Undertaking Control Systems Risk Assessment
* Preparing budgetary quotations to support ongoing Sales activity.

The Controls Tendering Department is required to submit tenders for subsea control systems for all forecast and all target projects identified in SPD.


The timely and accurate execution of the tasks identified is essential to producing high quality tenders that increase the chances of Cameron securing orders.
