My client is the largest privately owned M&E company in the country and has built up a very solid reputation. They deal with electrical, mechanical, air conditioning, heating, ventilation and full building services for their clients, who are some very large blue chip organisations. They look after their workers and this shows from their low staff turnover.

They are currently looking to recruit a static building services engineer based in Woking at the head office of a brewery company. The role will be doing service, maintenance, breakdown and PPM on electrical and mechanical building services – VRV, VRF air conditioning, lighting, ventilation, basic heating maintenance and electrical maintenance.

As the successful candidate you will be based from the static site in Woking where you will be providing electrical and mechanical building services – service, maintenance, PPM and breakdown. You will also be supervising any sub contractors on site and working closely with a handy person also based on site.

28k basic depending on experience + 20 days holiday + phone + benefits + long term stable company

To be successful in this role you need to have good electrical and mechanical building services experience, be good client facing and be living within travelling distance to the Woking area – GU21 postcode. Being electrically biases would be a major advantage but is not essential.
