Job Title: Account Manager – Oil & Gas
Location: Aberdeen
Salary: £40k - £56k plus car and bonus

Account Manager required for one of the world’s leading oilfield service companies, with operations that span the globe employing more than 4,500 people in 50 countries
The business provides services and products to measure, improve, control and process flow from oil and gas wells.


The Account Managers role is to deliver new and profitable business across the Region. To provide front line sales support to the clients and effectively liaise with the region’s operations teams.

You’ll be responsible for:

- Identifing opportunities for new business and develop appropriate strategies
- Clients Relationship Management
- Preparation of tenders and business cases
- Prepare and maintain accurate and current Client Account Plans
- Establish regular liaison with clients and Operations Teams in driving improvements and opportunities for increasing activities
- Focal point for Client audits of our business activities and assist in the collection of outstanding invoices


Required skills:

You’ll possess proven Account Management skills and have experience of working in a similar Oil & Gas sector. A strong ability to manage client relationships and to identify and pursue business opportunities is also required.

You’ll also have management skills in:
- Project planning
- Processes, delivery and compliance
- Budgeting
- Influencing
- Preparation of business cases
- Performance reporting

Any experience in Well Testing, Drilling Systems or Wireline Engineering will be highly benefical.
