Job Title: Project Planner
Location: Essex
Salary: up to £32k


This leading systems integrator and advanced technology company is looking for a Project Planner to provide the business with professional planning services in support of Land Systems within the defence sector.


The role:

As the Project Planner you’ll be working within the programme services team in support of Land Systems.
You’ll be providing professional support and expert planning to the business.
This can include the co-ordination and development of plans right from the bid phase, contract execution, right through to contact closure.

Other responsibilities:

- Support to the business area at bid and tender vet meetings
- Maintenance of bid, capture and contact execute plans
- Control of work package dependencies
- Rescheduling of plans as required


Skills required:

You’ll need to be a proven project planner, ideally with a background gained from within the defence sector. Experience of working within an Integrated Project Team is also necessary. You’ll also possess knowledge of having ownership of the physical plan with SAP regarding the overall structure and linkage.
