Our client a market leading Aerospace and Electronics Manufacturer seek a lean specialist to develop and improve their production capabilities. An individual who is experienced within a fast paced manufacturing environment will suit this business who do small volume production at a high speed. Within a heavily automated environment this provides a strong technical challenge.

Role Description
As an integral member of the manufacturing process team you will implement continuous improvement initiatives throughout the site. With increased efficiency and productivity being driven out of the companies present resources, you will also ensure requisite quality standards are met. Liaison with other departments will allow production, maintenance and quality to prosper around your process improvements.

Skills and Qualifications
• Manufacturing Process Improvement Experience
• Lean Implementation and Quality Control Skills
• Strong Chemical Understanding/Qualification
• ONC/HNC in an Engineering Discipline
