To ensure that all servicing and call outs within the region are carried out in accordance with the company policy and procedures

Key Accountabilities
• Complete any service/call out visits effectively and efficiently as requested
• Effectively plans their workload, in conjunction with Service Supervisor
• Maintains good customer relations throughout
• Conforms to all quality standards and procedures
• Responsible for being familiar with all aspects of lift and associated technology of the client or other manufacturer
• Has regular contact with Service Supervisor, keeping him informed of any relevant information
• Ensures that true and accurate reports of activities and work carried out are submitted on time
• Ensures that Company Vehicle is maintained in accordance with manufacturers schedule
• Ensures all work is carried out in line with company H&S policy and procedures

Person specification
• You must have previous experience in the Lift / Escalator industry in order to apply for this role
• Good time management skills
• Punctual and reliable
• NVQ 3 or equivalent qualifications are highly desirable
• A valid driving license is required
