An exceptional opportunity for an electrically biased Maintenance Manager to join a leading manufacturer; A company at the forefront of cutting edge technology and known for pushing boundaries in circuit board technology.

The successful engineer/manager will have both electrical and mechanical engineering skills with exceptional team leading ability to effectively support the company's plant, equipment and installation projects with respect to all maintenance department activities working within the boundaries of the companies' quality policy.

You will ensure effective organisation and control of day to day activities within the Maintenance function, currently employing 7 staff on a shift basis. An assertive, confident, flexible and enthusiastic team player is required, who can work on own initiative, be organised, thorough and accurate in the implementation of the "Electricity at Work Regulations" and "Heath & Safety at Work Act".

Qualified to HNC level, you will ideally have a working background of an electrical/electronic manufacturing/automated assembly environment.

You can expect a Basic Salary of up to £36k with benefits, and is commutable from Tamworth, Burntwood, Litchfield, Atherstone, Sutton Coldfield, Birmingham, West Bromwich, Cannock, Walsall, Wolverhampton and Dudley.
