The Role - You will be part of a wider team responsible for providing technical support for all customers and preparing CAD design solutions to accompany associated quotations also raised by you to support our external sales teams. Training also forms part of the role and you will be required to contribute to training sales teams and customers from time to time for products, applications and regulations. You will be accurate and efficient and have an attention to detail, and possess a good telephone manner.

Qualifications
• Educated to a minimum A Level Standard
• Ability to develop professional relationships in a specification environment
• High level of communication and inter-personal skills
• Commitment, enthusiasm and a positive approach
• Valid UK Driving Licence

Experience

• Some Customer/Technical Service experience is preferable
• Experience of working in an office environment using Microsoft Office.
• CAD experience and knowledge of Building Services (Ventilation, Heating, Electrical) would be advantageous, but not essential
• Working under own initiative
• Face to face customer interaction

Key Responsibilities include

• Responding effectively to internal and external customer enquiries for technical, product and application support for ventilating and heating solutions.
• To prepare customer quotations effectively to specification for all products.
• Design associated system solutions using CAD software.
• Excellent working knowledge of all product ranges.
• Advising customers about our products and providing excellent technical support whether face to face or on the telephone or via email.
• To support the external field sales teams, working closely with other company departments to ensure best service is delivered at all times.
• Provide training to internal and external customers as required for products, application, and regulations.
• To attend on occasion internal/external meetings, site visits, seminars, exhibitions and other such events as required.
• To perform any other duties as required assisting the smooth running of the company.
