Description

Spare Parts Coordinator / Service Administrator required with experience working in a service department for an engineering/maintenance company.

You MUST have spare parts or service coordinating experience in a service & maintenance department to apply for this role.

Responsible for ordering of parts and dealing with all parts enquires. It is an office based role and on occasion you will be expected to visit and work on customer sites. Office based role in Thame.

Duties
• Ordering and allocation of spare parts stock
• Spare parts returns, warranty and exchange management
• Set-up and control of office based spare parts stock
• Gain a reputation for rapid and effective support

Requirements

• Deal with customer issues and resolve them diplomatically
• Ability to prioritise and manage time effectively
• Ability to read technical drawings
• Strong PC Skills

Package

£18K-£22K
Company pension
25 days holiday + bank holidays
