This world leading manufacturer, in Wilshire, has a requirement for a Mechanical Engineer, to join their busy team. You will need a BTEC or City and Guilds in Mechanical Engineering and will need experience of working in a manufacturing environment. The Mechanical Engineer is responsible for, among other things; Integration of proprietary equipment to robot systems i.e. vision systems, welding systems and sealer systems; supporting trials, equipment commissioning, trouble shooting and fault finding on automated equipment. Essential experience includes robot programming, understanding of engineering drawings, building of jigs, fixtures and bench fitting. You need to be fully conversant with Word , Excel and PowerPoint.
