Field Sales Engineer with excellent technical background now sought for an established leader in electrical control, drive and automation systems. A cutting edge business, they have the ability to supply bespoke turnkey solutions to challenging and complex requirements across a range of industries including Food & Beverage, Automotive, Steel and Marine.

The Sales Engineer is required initially to cover the West Midlands area moving on to clients UK wide in order to develop new business and increase market share. Having established themselves into new areas, the successful candidate will be providing support to the Sales Manager in the field.

We are seeking motivated, tenacious candidates who can take responsibility for the entire sales process from initial source to creating your own proposals. You must have a well developed sound technical background preferably within industrial machinery with good Drives and Controls knowledge, although training can be provided.

This role will suit an ambitious and driven Engineer who can work effectively on own initiative with excellent communication and interpersonal skills for this customer facing role.
