Manufacturing Project Leader

We currently have vacancies for Project Leaders within our Project Management team.

Your Responsibilities: As a Project Leader you will be responsible for driving key projects and ensuring goals and milestones are realised at all stages of the development process. You will work closely with the Operations Director to appoint your project team and co-ordinate their activities to identify and resolve any issues or problems.

Your Profile: To be considered for this position you will need to:

Be educated to degree level or equivalent in an engineering discipline
Be experienced in the use of project management tools
Have a proven track record, of at least two full product cycles, demonstrating delivery of projects to time, on budget and within quality targets
Have the ability to lead and bring the best out of individuals within a team
Have the ability to communicate effectively at all levels, be adaptable and a confident decision maker with an analytical mind
Able to work to targets and have a result focus approach
