- Applicants will have a thorough Oil & Gas background with a flexible attitude to develop projects from concept opportunity through Basic/FEED stages to detail engineering/EPC if so required. This may include engineering management on smaller projects.

- The workload will require a ‘hands on’ and flexible approach and there will be occasions when managing all aspects will be required.

- The ability to consolidate and agree work scopes, encourage project teams through short project timescales and promote and retain good client relationships are key qualities.

- Applicants should possess strong commercial acumen to take responsibility for the commercial performance of the projects from scope definition, change management and payment perspectives.

- Confident and presentable with an engineering degree and preferably chartered status and fluent in English. Also the ability to travel worldwide.

Duties & Responsibilites

• Represent the Company to the client for all contract matters.
• Take major decisions and make selections relating to the project, with client agreement as appropriate.
• Manage the engineering and procurement activities and costs through the Project Team
• Prepare and issue reports to the client and company management on the progress of the project, providing an overall executive summary.
• Identify and manage the implementation of any steps which may be required to prevent, halt or minimize delays, budget overruns or conditions adverse to quality objectives.
• Prepare the project SHE plan and conduct all aspects of the project reviews acting as the Planning Supervisor.
• Oversee the work of Project Engineers assigned to them.
• Support business development areas identified by the company.
