1: Previous Customer service experience .Previous Hospital Supply experience a distinct advantage
2: Friendly disposition ,good phone manner ,clear speaking voice
3; Word & SAGE 50 vital
4: Answering phone,giving prices,dealing with queries,taking orders,Goods in , Invoicing ,packing ,quotations
5: Not squeamish . good communications skills liaison with Drs,Surgeons, Nurses, Supplies ,SSD managers
6: Credit control & booking keeping would help.
7: Full Time : 9-5 ; good Salary
