Key Result Areas
Initial Internal Role ? 6-12 months UK based
•?To become competent in Company products and strategy through preparation of pump quotations
and associated technical clarifications
•?Manage existing & new agents
•?Develop customer relationships & start to clarify / negotiate contracts in the Middle East (including
regular territory visits).
Territory Sales Manager ? Based in Abu Dhabi
•?To develop the Middle East sales territory in line with budget.
•?To assist in the preparation of annual forecast/budget.
•?To liaise and co-operate with local Company agents in order to identify likely target projects and
opportunities.
•?To liaise with customers and manage the sales cycle within the designated regions.
•?Continued assistance in preparation of pump quotations and associated technical clarifications.
•?To assist with marketing in the designated Middle Eastern export regions.
•?To be responsible for own health and safety and personal development, keeping up to date with
relevant issues in relation to job role.

•?Budget Responsibilities Assistance in preparing and delivering the sales budget.

Qualifications and Experience
•?Engineering Qualification of HND or national equivalent
•?Background in mechanical engineering.
•?Similar role in a mechanical engineering company.
•?Sales experience with engineered capital centrifugal pump experience.
•?Experience with API 610 petrochemical, oil & gas markets and applications and customers

PROCUREMENT ? PRODUCTION SHEDULERS

Key Result Areas
•?To read and understand customer?s material specifications, discussing these with suppliers to
establish what we can offer our customers and what we need to take exception to and analyse the
cost implications.
•?To source to the correct specification, send out tenders for components and processes. Expedite
suppliers to ensure these components and associated documentation are delivered on time and at
the right quality and price.
•?Understanding customers material specifications relating to Non Destructive Testing (NDT) and
Non Destructive Examination (NDE) then managing the delivery of the testing with our sub suppliers
in a timely manner to ensure contractual delivery dates are achieved.
•?To schedule contracts onto the shop floor to ensure the on time delivery of the finished products.
•?To order components as required via the computerised MRP system.
•?To maintain the accuracy of the stock records in the manufacturing system to make sure all
components are readily available for final build.
•?To review and monitor stock levels at regular intervals to ensure the company doesn?t hold excess
or obsolete stock, ensuring enough is in reserve to meet customer demands and raise orders to
maintain this level.
•?To be responsible for own health and safety and personal development, keeping up to date with
relevant issues in relation to job role.

Qualifications and Experience
