Contract Manager

Our Client, a large National Building Services and Facilities Management organisation are currently looking to recruit a Contract Manager to join their ever growing and very busy Wales team, in order to manage the M&E Maintenance and Services to a single contract throughout the South West.

The successful candidate will need to demonstrate and have the follwing experience, skills and abilities;
Good Contract Management skills
Must be customer focused
Meet performance indicators
Compliance with Health and Safety
Financially aware
Team Player
Sound level of administration and organisational skills
Minimum 5 years practical experience within the Building Maintenance industry and the relevant qualifications.
