Junior Application Engineer - Required to identify solutions for customers by preparing layout drawings (AutoCAD), estimates and quotations. Main duties to interpret customer needs from information supplied by sales team or direct from the customer. Prepare detailed estimates of costing for prepared solutions. Prepare written quotations outlining the benefits of the defined solution. Support the sales team with joint visits as required. Prepare documentation of proposals ready for handover to projects department once orders have been received. Record all quotation data within the existing reporting protocols. Provide additional technical support to customer service department. Experience within automation a distinct advantage. Immediate start.
