Our client, a world leader within the Aerospace industry, is currently recruiting a Senior Analysis Engineer to support the company?s civil and military aircraft programmes. You will be using the latest technology to perform technical analysis in the disciplines of stress, performance and acoustics/vibration. You will be responsible for the preparation of technical reports and provision of support for qualification.

You will also be required to:
* Use up to date technology including analysis techniques such as Finite Element analysis, Multi-body, Dynamics simulation, spreadsheets etc.
* Liaise with Design Engineers
* Interface with Chief Engineers, Programme Management and other colleagues
* Give presentations to both internal and external customers

Suitable candidates will have:
* A degree in a relevant Engineering discipline
* A good knowledge of design and manufacturing processes, preferably related to the aerospace industry
* An in-depth understanding of traditional and computerised analysis methods such as Finite Element Analysis and Fatigue Analysis
* Experience of using PATRAN, NASTRAN/ABAQUS, nCode and DYTRAN
* An awareness of industry standards, regulations and qualification requirements
* A general computer literacy
* An innovative approach to problem solving
* Excellent influencing and communication skills
* A flexible, adaptable approach to work
* An awareness of industry standards and regulations

You must be self-motivated, able to work well as part of a team, comfortable working to tight deadlines and able to establish credibility with customers and suppliers. Knowledge of aerospace materials and systems are desirable and the ability to speak another language or experience of working overseas would be advantageous.
