Maintenance Supervisor

£Salary Negotiable plus Car and Benefits

Our client is one of the UK's leading manufacturers of home enhancement products for the consumer and commercial markets.

Ideally the candidate will be a qualified Electrical biased maintenance supervisor (Graduate calibre also accepted)
You will be responsible for the organisation, performance and development of the engineering department.
Ensuring safe practices are upheld and promoted whilst maintaining all documentation for preventative maintenance systems to prioritise improvements and optimise plant efficiency.
Excellent interpersonal skills required with the ability to communicate at all levels, hold management meetings, work to budget constraints and tight deadlines.
